In this episode we introduce a series on spiritual beings. When we approach the bible from a modern point of view, some of the spiritual realities that scripture talks about get left out. We start with a very odd verse, Psalm 82:1 which says that God stands in judgment of the gods. Most of us don’t think that there are any other gods (lowercase g) but the ancient Hebrews saw spiritual forces behind almost everything. We’ll look at some scriptures that challenge our rationalism and see what the bible says about spiritual beings.
